Hand turned by our very own Josiah, these fine wood mallets are made either from Beech or Acacia wood, and finished with Poly-X oil finish. As these are hand turned, they are NOT identical, but very close. OD at the end of the mallet is approx. 2.5″, and total length about 8.5″

These fine wood mallets are turned on the lathe right here at Woodworker Specialties by our very own skilled craftsman, Josiah.
Made from Beech or Acacia wood and finished with Poly-X oil finish, these mallets fit comfortably in the hand and are perfect for use with our wood handled Pfeil Swiss Made carving tools.
Because these are hand-turned, they are not identical, but very close to. The outside diameter at the widest point is approximately 2.5 inches, and total length of the mallet is about 8.5 inches.Â

Delivery Expectations
To the USA: Most orders to the USA are now shipped via UPS Expedited (as of August 2021), which normally runs 2 – 3 business days (if you are within 2 – 3 business days distance on a standard we may ship UPS standard). Yes, this is coming from Canada, and yes, it is fast!

To the USA: There are no taxes charged on shipments to the USA. There are NO CUSTOMS DUTIES OR FEES on ANY orders below $800 USD. For orders over $800, please contact us.
