Delivery Expectations
To the USA: Most orders to the USA are now shipped via UPS or Fedex 2 or 3 business day service (if you are within 2 – 3 business days distance on a standard we may ship UPS standard). Yes, this is coming from Canada, and yes, it is fast!
Heavier orders (nails, etc) may be shipped UPS or Fedex standard, which delivers in 3 - 6 business days to most USA addresses.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR USA CUSTOMERS
To the USA: Current Status - May 19, 2025. Goods NOT made in China will continue to be covered under the Deminimus, meaning that orders under $800 are NOT charged any tariffs or duties into the USA.
Goods made in China, primarily Nova and RGWOOD, now show pricing on the website that includes the current tariffs. Because we are now stocking product and shipping from a USA warehouse on these lines, there may be some shipping delays as we are waiting goods to be transferred there. We are also working on process here to ship goods directly from here with tariffs prepaid, but those processes are still being developed. Please feel free to contact us regarding shipping times, etc.
