Delivery Expectations
To the USA: Most orders to the USA are now shipped via UPS or Fedex 2 or 3 business day service (if you are within 2 – 3 business days distance on a standard we may ship UPS standard). Yes, this is coming from Canada, and yes, it is fast!
Heavier orders (nails, etc) may be shipped UPS or Fedex standard, which delivers in 3 - 6 business days to most USA addresses.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR USA CUSTOMERS
To the USA: As of February 27, 2025, orders under $800 are not affected by tariffs into the USA, and there are no sales taxes charged either. As the future of this remains in question, we will adjust this information as it changes. We DO have our shipping setting set so that if any tariffs DO come into play, they will be charged to our account so the price you see is the price you pay. If this does occur, we will need to adjust some prices to offset those charges. Again, details will be posted here as they become relevant.
To Canada: Canadian customers will be charged GST or HST (as applicable), and BC customers will be charged 7% provincial sales taxes
