Delivery Expectations
To the USA: Most orders to the USA are now shipped via UPS or Fedex 2 or 3 business day service (if you are within 2 – 3 business days distance on a standard we may ship UPS standard). Yes, this is coming from Canada, and yes, it is fast!
Heavier orders (nails, etc) may be shipped UPS or Fedex standard, which delivers in 3 - 6 business days to most USA addresses.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR USA CUSTOMERS (Feb 4, 2025)
To the USA: As of Feb 4, 2025, there are new tariff regulations on all products manufactured in China. In the short term (up until Feb 14 approx) we will be unable to ship those goods to the USA until we have new processes in place to manage these. The new prices coming on these goods will be adjusted on the website to reflect the tariffs, and will be included in the new pricing (so there will be no tariffs due upon delivery).
THESE NEW CHANGES ONLY APPLY CURRENTLY TO NOVA AND RGWOOD PRODUCTS. ALL OTHER PRODUCTS HAVE NO NEW FEES.
We have had to raise many of our prices to the USA to adjust for thus, but we are still very competitive in the USA marketplace on most items.
To Canada: Canadian customers will be charged GST or HST (as applicable), and BC customers will be charged 7% provincial sales taxes
