Razertip Tip Scraper Cleaner

The Razertip Scraper Cleaner is an ingenious tool, designed to remove carbon buildup from most sharp Razertip® tips quickly and easily. This will help prolong tip life when compared to using abrasives. This tool is easily usable for one hand operation. Additionally, it works with hot and cold tips alike, allowing you to clean without turning off power to your pens. The new design includes a flip-away blade cover for safety, minimizing the risk of accidental injury while digging through your tool bag.

This product is ideal for sharp tips such as skews, knives, and shaders and will work regardless of whether you use standard duty, heavy duty, or interchangeable pen types. For tips that can be difficult to scrape (scale tips, Feather Formers™, ball tips), we recommend the use of a dense brass brush such as the Razertip Brass Brush.

Note: We suggest that you never use abrasives to clean burner tips. Abrasives wear your tip out and will cause it to carbon up quicker than if you scraped it. We realize that some manufacturers advocate abrasives to clean tips. Either they do not know about scraping or they have other motives (i.e. selling you more tips). Scraping works best!
