NOVA JS100N Dovetail Jaw Set
The NOVA JS100N Dovetail Jaw Set 100mm are designed for an expanded dovetail grip (up to 14″ dia), reverse dovetail grip for gripping footed bowls, limited spigot facility (up to 6″ long) and provision to mount false wooden jaws, so customised jaws can be made for special purposes. They are made for a larger range of work than the standard 50mm jaws or Step Jaws.
Designed to expand your range and capacity of your standard NOVA chuck for specific projects and applications. The NOVA JS100N is one of our most popular chuck accessories to mount 12-14″ bowls. Mount customized false wooden jaws and the customized jaws can be made for special purposes. They are built with a turning dovetail profile to maximize strength without jeopardizing wood fibers, and can hold both in contraction and expansion modes. High tensile 1045 steel makes up the JS100N for precise closing, durability, and a long life. Comes with 4 jaw segments and instructions. Uses the standard fasteners that come with your NOVA Chuck.
Universally fits to any NOVA chuck* for maximum flexibility. Duplicate accessories are not needed for different NOVA chucks. *Some accessories such as larger jaws are only suitable for use on the larger NOVA Chucks, please check manual prior to use.
