Martel Sleeve Adapter – 3/8″ to 1/2″

The Martel Sleeve Adapter allows you to use your Medium Martel Hook Tool, which has a 3/8″ tang, in a Martel #4 shank or any other shank which accepts a 1/2″ tang. A simple and effective solution for those who already have a large Hook Tool set up and want to do a smaller project without the need for a new shank and handle.
