These tools are designed for large pieces. The #1 – #9 tools follow the same profiles as their little brothers, but in much larger sizes. The Drayer Gouges are used primarily for rough cutting, and are essentially large skews which makes cuttign easier and produces clean shavings. The Dreyer gouges are double beveled to cut to either the right or the left
